The foundation and its name reference Chapter 58 of the Book of Isaiah.
This powerful passage highlights essential, society-shaping values such as freedom, compassion, justice, human dignity, mercy, and belonging.
These values are timeless and more relevant today than ever. Promoting them requires courageous action and unwavering commitment.
That’s what perspektive58 is all about.
We identify, support, and empower people and projects that embody these values, grounded in the Christian mission to be a blessing to others.
Current Project:
Hohen Neuendorf
Just north of Berlin ‒ across the Brandenburg border ‒
the foundation has the opportunity to acquire land for a pioneering project full of hope, creativity, and innovation.

The initial vision for the site includes three major development components:
A Modern Multipurpose Event Hall
A state-of-the-art facility for congresses, worship services, conferences, regional events, and more.
Expansive Natural Public Spaces
A community-centered place for residents and visitors of all ages.
A space for relaxation, recreation, connection, and enjoyment of life right in the heart of the city.
Sustainable, Affordable Housing
Housing designed for young families, students, seniors, and those in crisis. People seeking a supportive, community-oriented way of living.
The concept promotes shared life, mutual support, and social innovation.
Additional commercial spaces and future development phases are also being planned.
Next Steps Toward Realization
Phase 1
Foundation Establishment – Completed!
Thanks to generous donations exceeding €100,000, we successfully launched the perspektive58 foundation.
The official founding date was September 10, 2024, and our work is now fully underway.

This phase includes purchasing the property and funding the initial planning processes with architects and technical experts.

We are not a church-affiliated organization. However, our actions are guided by Christian values and the motivation to serve people and be a blessing to them. We operate across denominational lines.
Can I deduct my donation from my taxes?
You can claim your donation as a tax deduction.
We will automatically send you a donation receipt for tax purposes at the beginning of the year following your donation.

Wir sehen die Möglichkeiten:
Durch weises Haushalten und Investieren können direkt Stiftungsziele umgesetzt werden und darüber hinaus wird hier eine stabile Grundlage geschaffen, durch welche über viele Jahrzehnte hinweg, Gelder generiert werden können (u.a. durch Mieteinnahmen von Halle und Wohnungen), welche die Stiftung für ihre Ziele verwenden kann.
So wird mit diesem Projekt, der Grundstein für viele weitere Stiftungsprojekte gelegt.

Zudem suchen wir finanzielle Unterstützung durch Privatpersonen, Firmen, Investoren, Gönnern, die an das Projektvorhaben und die Vision dahinter glauben.
Wir wollen Dich bitten zu überlegen, ob Du, deine Freunde und Familie, Deine Firma nicht einen signifikanten Beitrag geben kannst und willst, der weit über Dich hinaus Auswirkungen haben wird. Vielleicht sucht deine Firma, Dein Familienunternehmen, Dein Testament ein unterstützungswertes Projekt. Hier ist eines.
